Laura J. Fischer, Esq.

Laura is a '98 graduate of Duke Law School. She has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and has had her own Trusts and Estate practice for over 15 of those years. Her practice focuses on Estate work, comprised of Basic and Complex Estate Planning, as well as Surrogate's Court work in Probate and Administration.

Laura is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She was also educated in mediation at the Peace Institute in New York City and trained in the Civil Court of Brooklyn.

Ashley Hall, Esq.

Ashley Hall earned her Bachelor of the Arts Degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology from Dowling College in 2008. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2011. While in law school, Ashley was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.

Ashley joined Fischer Harbage & Associates, PLLC in September 2023. Ashley practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Trust and Estate Administration.

Ashley strives to create a friendly and long-lasting relationship with clients. Understanding that clients often come to us overwhelmed and struggling through difficult circumstances, she provides clients with a sympathetic ear while remaining a strong advocate to protect their interests.

Ashley is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the State of New Jersey.
